September 19, 2024 at 7:48 pmAlthough Chris tried to get my glasses to work, it didn’t work well for me. True that I live far away and it’s not possible to troubleshoot as well as if I was there, I feel that customer service was lacking.
My lenses now are worse than what I had before and I requested a refund, They said they don’t give refunds. I asked for a partial refund, since their cost is minimal. Typically an optometry office will markup 2.5 times the cost. Yet, they refused to accommodate me and kept 100% of the profit even though I was so unhappy.
Will I order anything there again? Surely not!
